Kathleen is the sister of one of my best college friends, Staci.  Staci and I were so close all through college and have reconnected since being back in NY the last couple of years.  Over the last two years I have photographed Staci’s family so many times that I have started to feel apart of their family when I see them all.  So when Kathleen reached out to me to photograph her wedding I didn’t hesitate.  I was so excited to capture this day for them.  They are an amazing couple who really just wanted something low key with their closest family and friends there to join them in the celebration.  They were by far the easiest couple I have ever worked with, so laid back about their day.  I really enjoyed every minute because it truly was about nothing other than their love for each other.
