I grew up in the camcorder era. Watching old home movies is one of my favorite things to do, I cherish those videos. Nowadays we are able to capture almost any moment with our phones and it's wonderful. But, I don't feel IN the moment when I am behind my phone capturing something. Some big moments and even the smaller, everyday stuff, is worth taking a step back and letting someone else capture it for you. I have captured family's on their property having a normal evening together to siblings meeting for the first time. Any moment captured is treasured as you will never get it back.
